Trilegal advised H.I.G. Capital on strategic investment in GetixHealth

Trilegal has acted as Indian legal counsel, alongside Paul Hastings LLP as global counsel, to advise H.I.G. Capital, a global private equity firm, on its strategic investment through one of its affiliates in GetixHealth LLC, a provider of revenue cycle management solutions for healthcare providers.
