Trilegal advised Jefferies on INR 11,200 crore block trade of Bharti Airtel

The leading Indian law firm Trilegal has advised Jefferies, the Placement Agent, in connection with the block trade of equity shares of Bharti Airtel Limited by Indian Continent Investment Limited.

The transaction raised approximately INR 11,200 crore (USD 1.34 billion) through the sale of equity shares. This deal ranks among the largest block trades in India in 2025.
