Trilegal advised Mahindra Lifespace on joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan for Bengaluru housing project
The leading law firm in India, Trilegal advised Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, in relation to its proposed joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan Group for the development of Mahindra Blossom, a premium residential project located in Whitefield, Bengaluru. The transaction is expected to close upon receipt of the necessary corporate approvals.
Trilegal provided end-to-end assistance to Mahindra Lifespace on this transaction, from the term sheet stage to signing, including structuring the transaction, drafting all transaction documents, and negotiations.
