Trilegal advised on the block trade of equity shares undertaken by the promoter of Avalon Technologies Limited (“Company”) in the secondary market. The equity share sale, aggregating to INR 3,030 million, was executed on the floor of the stock exchanges.

Avalon Technologies is a leading provider of end-to-end electronic manufacturing services, including design, engineering, and supply chain solutions. The transaction marks a key milestone for the Company in terms of market engagement and promoter strategy.
