The leading Indian law firm, Trilegal advised UKB Electronics Limited on its proposed initial public offering of equity shares aggregating up to INR 8,000 million. The offering comprises a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 4,000 million by the company and an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholders aggregating up to INR 4,000 million.
The Book Running Lead Managers were Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited.
UKB Electronics is an integrated electronic manufacturing services provider with end-to-end capabilities in product design, prototyping, and manufacturing of electronic and electrical products and solutions. It serves leading original equipment manufacturers, including Fortune 500 companies and multinational corporations such as LG Electronics India Limited, Panasonic Appliances India Company Limited, Carrier Midea India Private Limited, and Haier Appliances India Private Limited.
