Trilegal advised Pluxee Group on 100% acquisition of ProEves
The leading Indian law firm, Trilegal, advised the Pluxee Group (formerly Sodexo BRS) in conducting due diligence and executing transaction documents for the acquisition of 100% shareholding in ProEves Services Private Limited. The transaction is pending closure.
The Pluxee Group is a global player in the employee benefits and engagement market, operating in 29 countries. It helps companies attract, engage, and retain talent by offering a broad range of solutions across meal & food, well-being, lifestyle, reward & recognition, and public benefits segments.
ProEves is India’s leading digital corporate childcare benefit provider, assisting working parents with preschool and daycare needs. It partners with over 7,000 centres across India and works with more than 100 companies.
This acquisition forms part of the Pluxee Group’s strategic efforts to enhance its multi-benefits offering and reinforce its leadership position in India by entering a fast-growing and under-penetrated market segment.
