The partnership aims to establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in India focused on producing mother hollows and cold-drawn tubes for the automotive sector. The joint venture involves technology and know-how collaboration and a complex tripartite supply arrangement between two Poppe + Potthoff entities and Lal Baba Engineering, contributing to the Make in India initiative.

This collaboration brings together the expertise of Poppe + Potthoff in the production of cold-drawn seamless tubes and Lal Baba in the manufacturing of mother hollows to establish a jointly operated production facility supporting domestic and international markets, further strengthening India’s role as a hub for automotive components.
