Trilegal Advised Silver Consumer Electricals on INR 14 Billion Proposed IPO
The leading law firm in India, Trilegal is advising Silver Consumer Electricals on its proposed initial public offering (IPO) of equity shares valued at INR 14,000 million.
Silver Consumer Electricals is a leading manufacturer of electrical consumer durables, including pumps and motors, solar pumps and controllers, fans, lighting, other consumer electrical products, and agricultural equipment.
The IPO will comprise a fresh issue of equity shares aggregating up to INR 10,000 million and an offer for sale by the promoter selling shareholder of up to INR 4,000 million.
