Trilegal Advised Times Internet On Investment By Dream11 Into Cricbuzz And Willow TV
Trilegal advised Times Internet Limited (“TIL”) and Times Internet (UK) Limited in connection with the investment made by Sporta Technologies Private Limited (“Dream11”) into the Cricbuzz and Willow businesses, owned and controlled by TIL (“Transaction”).
Cricbuzz is one of the leading cricket scoring and content platforms in India with over 185 million monthly users. Willow is a leading broadcasting and live streaming platform for cricket in the United States, Middle East, and Southeast Asia.
The Transaction involved an equity investment by Dream11 through a combination of primary and secondary investments in the target entities holding the Cricbuzz and Willow businesses.
