Trilegal represented Whizdm Innovations Private Limited (Moneyview) and its founders in raising a Series D funding of $75 million from multiple existing and new investors, including investors who were sourcing funds from Russia. Whizdm Innovations Private Limited offers a credit platform that provides personalized credit products like instant personal loans, cards, BNPL, and personal financial management solutions.

The team had to coordinate with multiple investors and close the transaction in a time bound manner to mitigate the risk of the transaction being stalled due to the current political situation concerning Russia.
