Universal Legal Advised Shri Bhanbai Nenshi Mahila Vidyalaya On Leasing Student Co-Living Space

Universal Legal advised Shri Bhanbai Nenshi Mahila Vidyalaya (BNMV Trust), a public charitable trust registered under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950, in leasing out their co-living space, a girls' hostel spanning over 67,000 square feet, located at JVPD Scheme, Vile Parle (West), Mumbai.

The property has been licensed to Hypnos Pods Private Limited, a subsidiary of Curated Living Solutions, part of the DivyaSree Group.

The student housing facility is expected to meet the growing demand for accommodation near educational institutions such as NMIMS and Mithibai College.

The transaction was led by Apurva Agarwal, Founding Partner of Universal Legal.

Real estate consultancy JLL facilitated the collaboration between Curated Living Solutions and BNMV Trust.
