White & Case LLP, a prominent international law firm, counselled Triton on its acquisition of utility contractor OCU Group Limited.
"This is a significant acquisition for our client," said Mike Weir, a White & Case partner who co-led the firm's negotiation deal team. "Triton's investment will aid OCU's plan to strengthen its core businesses.
To shift toward renewable energy, companies, and unregulated regions.
The growth of medium-sized enterprises in Europe's industrial technology, services, consumer goods, and healthcare industries is supported by the investment firm Triton. Its primary objective is to invest in firms with the potential to grow into long-term, sustainable enterprises.

The firm's deal team co-leader at White & Case, Lucy Bullock, said: "We are happy to have been able to support Triton on this interesting deal and for our ongoing cooperation with them."
Led by partners Mike Weir and Lucy Bullock, the White & Case team in London that provided advice on the transaction also included partners Colin Harley, Nicholas Greenacre, and Richard Hill, attorney Tallat Hussain, associate Elena Ruggiu, Josh Crawley, Charlotte Deans, Sophie Rezki, and Minna Horwitz, as well as partners Sofia Lambert and Caitlin Lloyd.
