Deeksha Chugh

Deeksha Chugh is a Senior Associate in the Investment Funds practice group at Khaitan & Co. Her experience spans fund structuring, preparation and negotiation of fund documents and advising on investor negotiations, capital raising, and governance frameworks. She has also advised institutional investors in their investment in domestic funds and regularly advises investment advisors and portfolio managers on regulatory issues.
