Dhanshuklal Vekaria

Dhanshuklal is a senior associate in the Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in Carey Olsen’s Hong Kong office. He has a broad range of experience in the offshore and general commercial litigation context most recently advising and acting in relation to the liquidation and winding up of a number of offshore private corporates, trust and fund structures, disputes in relation to private client trusts, fair valuation disputes, injunction and freezing orders and corporate restructuring disputes. Dhanshuklal is an experienced commercial litigator and advocate with particular expertise in valuation disputes.
