Dheeraj Nair has been practicing as a lawyer since 2000 in Indian courts and tribunals. He has appeared in twenty High Courts of India and conducted several arbitrations and is a Partner at JSA since 2009.

He is a qualified Advocate-on-Record of the Supreme Court of India since 2008. His core expertise is in making strategies and handling multifarious and complex litigations as well as domestic and international arbitrations. Mediated and negotiated various settlements for clients.

He is a member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association and the Supreme Court Bar Association.

He regularly writes Articles for various publications.
