Dhruv Bhatnagar

Dhruv is a Principal Associate in the Firm’s Technology Law & Dispute Resolution Practice Group. He has advised and represented tech-enabled businesses in complex disputes involving intermediary liability, privacy, consumer issues, commercial and contractual matters, and enforcement of constitutional rights. He also supports clients on emerging regulatory developments in the tech sector and has prepared policy submissions before government bodies and regulators.
