Arpana Dhariwal is a Partner of Gagrats, Mumbai. She obtained a BBA LLB (Hons. in Corporate Legal and Financial System Corporate Laws) from National Law University, Jodhpur with First Class Honours. She has also earned an LLM in Banking Laws and Financial Regulations from The London School of Economics and Political Science.

She is a Member of the Bombay Bar Association and is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Rajasthan.

Arpana has been involved in domestic and cross-border Mergers & Acquisitions, External Commercial Borrowings, Joint Ventures, Securities Offerings, Cross Border Financings, Asset Sales and Purchases, Slump Sales and Hive-offs. She has represented leading publicly listed companies, foreign corporations and international organisations, across different sectors.
