Veritas Legal is one of our preferred external counsel for several years now. Over the last 3 years, the firm has been supporting us with some complex matters. We have a good professional relationship with Veritas Legal – in particular, with Rahul Dwarkadas, Partner who is our key point of contact in the firm. Rahul has been hands-on, and despite being presumably tied up with supporting other clients, he was there for us when needed. I recollect an instance where we had to represent ourselves in the court with only a day’s notice. Rahul and his team immediately got to work, worked constructively with us on the defence strategy, and lined up counsel who provided an effective representation. Rahul has a good understanding of complex issues and is quick on the uptake. He has been good in handling a variety of stakeholders and has helped in dealing well with dispute resolution and other matters. His turnaround time is quick. There were instances when he and his team had to stretch themselves to meet some unavoidable timelines. Rahul’s client-centric approach and ability to work collaboratively makes it easy to work with him.
