Rajat Prakash is an alumnus of the prestigious Cardiff University, UK and The Scindia School, Gwalior, India. His astute and sagacious temperament has made him an expert in Corporate Laws & Capital Markets with over 13 years of experience.

Equipped with cross border experience and expertise gathered from having worked with reputable law firms such as Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld (U.S.A), Mayor Brown (Belgium) and Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co., New Delhi, he has amassed an invaluable prowess in Indian equity capital market transactions. It includes legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation, general advisory work in relation to initial public offering, further public offerings, qualified institutional placements and rights issuances in the capacity of Firm’s transaction counsel. Mr. Prakash has been ardently involved in the handing of complex litigations in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, Hon’ble High Courts and various other courts. Being of perspicacious character has helped him handle various capital market transactions, which includes some landmark transactions.
