Tapan Chauhan, a seasoned legal professional carrying 15 years of diversified experience, has been on both the fronts. As a practicing lawyer, he had the privilege of working in core litigation & dispute resolution. During his time as an in-house counsel, Mr Chauhan has grown from a legal specialist in statutory compliance, food, marketing, excise laws & intellectual property to a well-rounded leader.

Mr Chauhan’s ability to simplify and resolve complex issues has been very well recognised by his colleagues and seniors overtime. Having spent four years as a practicing counsel in the High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Mr Chauhan moved in-house in 2011 with experience in litigation. His first stint was with Mondelez India (erstwhile Cadbury India Ltd.), where he managed the Legal and Government affairs for North India. During this time, Mr Chauhan worked mainly in the area of Legal & Statutory Compliance and his contributions were well recognised.

In 2015, Mr Chauhan joined Nestle India Limited, where he managed Food and Marketing Laws. During this time, he got the opportunity to work on multitude of issues relating to a prominent brand of instant noodles including civil & criminal litigation in huge numbers. His perseverance and commitment towards handling the crisis, was duly recognised.
