Dr. Fayez Al-Fadhli

Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arkan International Legal Consultancy. A Ph.D. holder in Law and certified international arbitrator recognized by the GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre and the Egyptian Arbitration Chamber. Dr. Al-Fadhli specializes in commercial, civil, and administrative litigation, as well as arbitration and enforcement of judgments. He regularly represents clients before the Court of Cassation and Constitutional Court.
