Dr. Rajeev Uberoi
Dr. Rajeev Uberoi is an accomplished legal professional and corporate governance expert with decades of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic advisory. He has built a distinguished career combining strong legal expertise with business and governance leadership. He currently serves in multiple capacities, including Chairman, Author, Independent Director, and Senior Advisor in the field of corporate governance. Earlier, he held the position of General Counsel & Head – Legal & Audit, Central Legal, Audit & Controls, where he was responsible for overseeing legal strategy, compliance, risk management, and audit frameworks within the organization. Dr. Uberoi is recognized as a dynamic and results-driven leader known for leveraging legal insight and business acumen to support business growth while minimizing legal and regulatory risk. An astute analyst and strategic thinker, he has successfully managed complex legal and corporate matters and has built strong relationships with government agencies, policymakers, and industry stakeholders. Dr. Uberoi holds an LL.B., an M.A. in Economics, and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Bhopal University, along with a Business Administration Diploma from the Management Development Institute, India.
