Centre Clears Appointment of Justices Rahul Bharti and Moksha Khajuria Kazmi as Permanent Judges of J&K High Court

They were appointed as additional judges on 28 March 2023

The Central government has cleared the appointment of Justice Rahul Bharti and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi as permanent judges of the Jammu and Kashmir High Court.

The Supreme Court collegium had recently recommended the names of the two additional judges.

The development was shared through the social media platform, X (Twitter) by Arjun Ram Meghwal, Union Minister of State (independent charge) of the Ministry of Law and Justice.
