The full service corporate and commercial law firm, Dentons Link Legal advised on and successfully secured approval from the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Hyderabad Bench, for the Scheme of Amalgamation between Plerum Infra Projects Private Limited and Auro Realty Private Limited.
The firm’s Hyderabad team represented and assisted the client throughout the amalgamation process, enabling the seamless transfer of the business undertakings of Plerum Infra Projects Private Limited to Auro Realty Private Limited.
The scope of work included formulating the overall legal strategy, drafting and filing requisite documents, making appearances before the NCLT, and providing end-to-end legal advisory support to ensure a smooth and compliant amalgamation.
