The leading law firm, Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) successfully represented PMI Electro Mobility Solutions Ltd., one of India’s leading e-bus manufacturers, in a high-stakes dispute before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. The Court quashed CESL’s order cancelling PMI’s successful bids in the ‘PM e-Bus Seva’ tender, which concerned the procurement of over 700 e-buses with a total worth of approximately INR 3,700 crores.
The firm advised PMI on litigation strategy, drafting court pleadings, and represented the client through all stages of the proceedings.
