Gaurita Udiyawar

Gaurita Udiyawar is a Counsel in the Investment Funds practice group at Khaitan & Co. She advises domestic and international fund sponsors, asset managers, and investment platforms on a wide range of legal and regulatory matters, with a particular focus on fund structuring, investor negotiations, organisation, and governance. Gaurita regularly counsels Indian and offshore fund managers on joint ventures, asset management arrangements, fund launches, capital raising, etc. She brings specialised knowledge on employee/GP level structuring including employee welfare trust structures. Her practice spans both domestic and cross-border mandates, supporting clients in building efficient, market-aligned structures and navigating an evolving regulatory landscape.
