ADNA advises Sunrise Group on USD 230 million investment in Morocco’s textile sector
ADNA, a leading law firm in Francophone Africa, advised Sunrise Group, the world-leading Chinese textile manufacturer, on its landmark USD 230 million (MAD 2.3 billion) investment in Morocco. The strategic project involves the establishment of two state-of-the-art industrial units in Skhirat and Fez, further reinforcing Morocco’s position as a key textile manufacturing hub.
The agreement, signed under the leadership of Head of Government Aziz Akhannouch, underscores Morocco’s growing appeal to international investors and highlights the country’s commitment to industrial and economic expansion.
