Akin advised General Atlantic Credit’s Atlantic Park fund in its partnership with PlanetArt’s management team to acquire the PlanetArt division from Claranova (Euronext Paris: FR0013426004 – CLA). This transaction represents another example of General Atlantic Credit’s Atlantic Park fund and Akin collaborating to structure and deliver tailored financing solutions to meet the bespoke needs of market participants.
