Asafo & Co. Advised Akdital On Acquisitions Of Polyclinique Laâyoune And Al Hikma Medical

Asafo & Co. advised Akdital on acquisitions of Polyclinique Laâyoune and Al Hikma Medical
Asafo & Co. has advised Akdital, a leading private healthcare group in Morocco, on its strategic acquisitions of Polyclinique Laâyoune and Al Hikma Medical, two multidisciplinary medical facilities located in the southern region of Morocco.
Polyclinique Laâyoune, with 240 beds, offers a broad range of services including cardiology, oncology, and surgery. Al Hikma Medical, with 76 beds, also provides comprehensive medical care. These acquisitions are part of Akdital’s broader expansion strategy aimed at increasing access to quality healthcare in Morocco’s southern provinces.
This move further reinforces Akdital’s commitment to supporting Morocco’s ongoing healthcare modernization efforts and the implementation of the national mandatory health insurance scheme (AMO). With these acquisitions, Akdital is now present in all twelve regions of the Kingdom.
The Asafo & Co. team was led by Patrick Larrivé (Partner) and Mouna Boubia (Partner), supported by Souhail Sassi (Associate).
