AZB & Partners advised InCred Growth Partners Fund – I on INR 125 crore Series B fund raise by Celebal Technologies
AZB & Partners advised InCred Growth Partners Fund – I in connection with a Series B fund raise by Celebal Technologies Private Limited, with a round size of approximately INR 125 crore. InCred invested around INR 80 crore, alongside an investment of approximately INR 45 crore by Norwest Capital LLC, an existing investor in the target company.
Celebal Technologies is a leading IT services firm specializing in AI-based solutions, and this funding round will support the company’s expansion and innovation goals.
The transaction team at AZB & Partners was led by Anand Shah (Senior Partner), with support from Harshil Dalal (Partner), Kinshuk Jhunjhunwala (Partner), Anmol Jain (Senior Associate), and Isana Laisram (Associate).
The due diligence team was led by Nandan Pendsey, Esq. (Partner), Ajay Singh Solanki (Partner), and Dhruti Dholakia (Partner), supported by Komal Shah, Praharsh Vyas, Sayantani Saha, and Rhea Ghanshani (Senior Associates); and Mayukh Mandal, Jhanvi Sangani, Shreeja Mukherjee, Kareena Sobti, Labdhi Golechha, Yashashwini Santuka, and Akshat Bhushan (Associates).
The competition law team was led by Kirthi Srinivas (Partner), with support from Shivangi Pradhan and Varnika Agarwal (Associates).
