Baker McKenzie advised VEON and Verny Capital on the sale of Beeline Kyrgyzstan
The global law firm Baker McKenzie has advised Menacrest AG, a joint venture between global digital operator VEON Ltd (Nasdaq: VEON) and Kazakhstan-based private-equity fund Verny Capital, on the sale of Sky Mobile LLC, operating under the Beeline brand in Kyrgyzstan, to Open Joint Stock Company Eldik Bank.
