Baker McKenzie Cairo advised Ezdehar Mid-Cap Fund II Cooperatief U.A. on the acquisition of a majority stake in Kemet for Natural Food S.A.E.
Baker McKenzie Cairo has advised Ezdehar Management, through Ezdehar Mid-Cap Fund II Cooperatief U.A. (“Ezdehar”), a private equity fund focused on mid-cap businesses in Egypt, on the strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Kemet for Natural Food S.A.E., one of Egypt’s most successful food manufacturing companies.
Baker McKenzie Cairo acted as lead legal counsel to Ezdehar, providing comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction.
