Carey Olsen advised MoonPay, Inc., a global leader in crypto payment services, on the successful registration of its new Jersey subsidiary as a virtual asset service provider (VASP) with the Jersey Financial Services Commission.

The firm provided legal and regulatory counsel on the VASP application, while Oak Group offered regulatory, compliance, and operational support to MoonPay during the process. The registration marks MoonPay’s strategic entry into Jersey’s regulated crypto market.
