Cleary Gottlieb advised GlobalFoundries on its acquisition of InfiniLink
The global law firm Cleary Gottlieb advised GlobalFoundries U.S., a globally active semiconductor manufacturer, on its acquisition of InfiniLink, a Cairo-based startup specializing in advanced optical data connectivity chips. The transaction strengthens GlobalFoundries’ capabilities in next-generation optical technologies and further enhances its global semiconductor innovation footprint.
