Clifford Chance advised SCF Partners, Viburnum Funds and other shareholders on AU$377 million sale of Contract Resources to Cleanaway Waste Management
Clifford Chance advised SCF Partners (Houston), Viburnum Funds (Perth), and other shareholders on the sale of Contract Resources to Cleanaway Waste Management, for an enterprise value of AU$377 million.
Contract Resources, a specialist in critical path maintenance services for the energy sector, operates across Australia, New Zealand, and the Middle East. Cleanaway is one of Australia’s largest waste management companies, employing over 7,900 staff across 330 locations.
The transaction is subject to ACCC approval and other customary conditions precedent.
