Clifford Chance advised TPG Angelo Gordon, a diversified credit and real estate investing platform within TPG Inc. (NASDAQ: TPG), on the financing of Capmont’s acquisition of DFH Deutsche Fertighaus Holding AG from Divaco.

With this strategic acquisition, Capmont, a private equity investor, enters the growing prefabricated housing sector with a focus on sustainable residential construction. DFH is one of Germany’s leading manufacturers of prefabricated houses, employing approximately 1,500 people with production facilities in Germany and the Czech Republic. The company operates under five established brands: Massa, Allkauf, OKAL, Einsteinhaus, and DFH Wohnungsbau.
