Debevoise & Plimpton advised MSCP on the acquisition of Thermogenics
Debevoise & Plimpton LLP advised MSCP (Morgan Stanley Capital Partners) in connection with its acquisition of Thermogenics, a leading provider of industrial and commercial boiler service and maintenance across North America.
The transaction enhances MSCP’s growing portfolio in the infrastructure and industrial services sector. Thermogenics is known for its critical boiler systems and comprehensive service offerings across Canada and the U.S.
The Debevoise team was led by Uri Herzberg (Partner, M&A) and included Dominique Trudelle, Keith Slattery, Sergio Torres (Counsel), and David Ataide and Heidi Case (Associates).
Employee benefits and executive compensation aspects were handled by Frank Mitchell (Partner) and Christopher Johnson (Associate).
