Debevoise & Plimpton LLP Advised Voya in the $600 Million Sale of Pre-Capitalized Trust Securities by Peachtree Corners Funding Trust II

Debevoise & Plimpton LLP has advised Voya Financial in connection with the offer and sale by Peachtree Corners Funding Trust II (the “Trust”) of $600 million in pre-capitalized trust securities redeemable May 15, 2035. In connection with the transaction, the Trust entered into a facility agreement with Voya, pursuant to which Voya or certain of its assignees have the right from time to time to require the Trust to purchase up to $600 million of Voya’s unsecured 6.012% senior notes due 2035.
