In Malaysia, Dentons advised RGSI through its Malaysian member firm Zain & Co. on its licensing and operations agreement with Beaconhouse to establish and operate Reigate Grammar School Kuala Lumpur, expanding the Reigate brand’s presence in the Malaysian international education market. The Dentons team was led by Ross Barfoot (Partner) and Karolina Cotronei (Partner), with support from Salwah Abdul Shukor (Senior Partner, Kuala Lumpur), Pauline Ngiam (Partner), and Jing Ru Gan (Associate).
Karolina Cotronei, Partner in Dentons’ Education Group, commented,
