DLA Piper Advises Julong Holding On US IPO And Nasdaq Listing
DLA Piper has advised Julong Holding Limited (“Julong”) on its initial public offering (IPO) of Class A ordinary shares and listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange in the United States under the ticker symbol “JLHL”. Trading commenced on 26 June 2025, with the Offering closing on 27 June 2025. US Tiger Securities acted as the sole book-runner for the Offering.
Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Beijing, Julong Holding is a provider of intelligent integrated engineering solutions to public utilities, commercial properties, and multifamily residential properties across China. Julong’s service offerings span the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of intelligent projects, in addition to the sale of equipment and materials for intelligent systems.
Yang Ge commented on the transaction:
“Representing Julong Holding Limited in its successful IPO and Nasdaq listing is a testament to our deep experience in advising Chinese issuers on U.S. listings. This achievement marks a significant milestone for Julong and reflects its readiness for global growth and international visibility.”
This IPO adds to DLA Piper’s robust track record of advising companies on U.S. IPOs, Nasdaq listings, and SPAC transactions, including:
- Advising Global IBO Group on its de-SPAC and Nasdaq listing
- Providing counsel to Autozi Internet Technology (Global) Ltd on its U.S. IPO and Nasdaq listing
- Advising Lakeside Holding Ltd on its IPO and Nasdaq listing
