The global law firm, DLA Piper advised CDG Invest Growth on the acquisition by Capmezzanine V FPCC-RFA of a strategic stake in Sodalmu.
Sodalmu is a Moroccan consumer goods, food and retail company specialising in the production and distribution of sodas under the brand “ICE”. Through this transaction, CDG Invest Growth continues to pursue its investment strategy of supporting locally grown Moroccan companies with strong growth potential and contributing to their long-term development.
