Boral Capital LLC, on the initial public offering of 17,499,550 units of Globa Terra Acquisition Corporation, including the full exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option. Globa Terra Acquisition Corporation is a blank check company formed to pursue a merger, amalgamation, share exchange, asset acquisition, share purchase, reorganisation, or a similar business combination with one or more businesses.
