Gibson Dunn advised Bank of America and other initial purchasers on AMC Networks’ $400 million Senior Secured Notes offering
Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP advised Bank of America and other initial purchasers in connection with AMC Networks’ issuance of $400 million 10.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2032.
