Gibson Dunn advised Constellation Wealth Capital, an alternative asset management platform focused on supporting the long-term growth of independent wealth management firms, on its strategic minority investment in Merit Financial Advisors.
The corporate team was led by Michael Piazza (Partner, Houston) and Daniela Stolman (Partner, Century City), with support from associates Andrew Abell (Denver), George Hang (San Francisco), Adri Langemeier (Houston), Luke Smith (Houston) and Hunter Michielson (Houston).
