Gibson Dunn advised Marriott International on its proposed minority equity investment in Concept Hospitality Private Limited, one of India’s leading hotel management companies. Concept Hospitality operates a portfolio of six brands, including The Fern, The Fern Residency, and The Fern Habitat, with over 100 hotels across 90 locations.
