Gibson Dunn represented the special committee of the board of directors of Dada Nexus Limited in connection with its approximately $520 million take-private transaction by an affiliate of JD.com, Inc.

Dada Nexus Limited is China’s leading local on-demand retail and delivery platform. It operates JD NOW (formerly JDDJ), one of the country’s largest on-demand retail platforms for retailers and brand owners, and Dada NOW, a prominent delivery platform serving a wide range of industries and customers.
