Kadir Andri & Partners advised Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad on acquisition of high-performing industrial property in Malaysia
The premier Malaysian law firm, Kadir Andri & Partners advised Pelaburan Hartanah Berhad (PHB) on its acquisition of a high-performing industrial property in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. The total investment value is approximately RM247 million, combined with the acquisition of another property located at Port of Tanjung Pelepas, Gelang Patah, Johor.
The acquired property spans 12 acres of industrial land and includes a four-storey main building, a single-storey warehouse, and a production area. The property is fully leased to Schott Glass, a global leader in specialty glass and materials technology, highlighting its strong fundamentals and performance.
