Khaled Al-Marri & Partners advised Inox Clean Energy on acquisition of SkyPower MENA
The Emirati law firm primarily based in Dubai, UAE, Khaled Al-Marri & Partners acted as UAE legal counsel to Inox Clean Energy Limited, one of India’s leading renewable energy companies, in connection with its acquisition of SkyPower MENA. The firm advised on the review, drafting, and negotiation of principal transactional documents, including the Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholders’ Agreement, and provided regulatory guidance to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
