Kirkland & Ellis Advised Coller Capital On €215 Million Continuation Fund Transaction Involving Olyos
Kirkland & Ellis advised Coller Capital, a global leader in the secondary market for private assets, as lead investor on the investment in an oversubscribed €215 million continuation fund to support Motion Equity Partners in its continued partnership with Olyos, a prominent provider of natural health and nutrition products.
This transaction enables Motion Equity Partners to continue creating value in Olyos through a new investment cycle. Reinvestments were also made at the asset level by LFPI, as a minority investor, and by the management team led by CEO Thierry Verne.
