Kirkland & Ellis advised Pacific Avenue Capital Partners on the acquisition of Pick Your Part from LKQ Corporation

Kirkland & Ellis advised Pacific Avenue Capital Partners, a Los Angeles–headquartered private equity firm focused on corporate carve-outs and other complex transactions in the middle market, on its agreement to acquire Pick Your Part, a self-service auto parts salvage yard, from LKQ Corporation.

The transaction is expected to be completed during the fourth quarter of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approval.
